Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, order volume, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get every order delivered on time, CoreVac is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other unexpected issues once the package has been shipped.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you track it.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CoreVac is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or front desk/mailroom if applicable.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help you look into the issue.
